Decorated with grain-free tapioca & yogurt frosting ( Yogurt Powder, Tapioca Starch, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Flour, Milk Solids, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Apple Pectin, Titanium Dioxide (for color)), all natural & human grade dyes, and sugar free sprinkles.
Shelf Life: 3 weeks, stored in the refrigerator or 8 weeks, stored in the freezer.
Our gourmet cakes and cupcakes are slightly toasted to help maintain their integrity during the shipping process. This makes for a softer treat than our cookies & biscuits, but with less moisture than a regular cake.
