Refund policy
Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or your order number. We do not accept returns on any of our bakery items, but should you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order so we can assist you.
To start a return, you can contact us at momandpupco@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any return items must be sent back to us in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our pet bakery items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, should you have any issues with your order. Photos of your item(s) will be required before we can process your refund request. Refunds will be processed on a case to case basis. If we approve your refund, we will deposit the refund amount onto the original method of payment. This may take a few days to show up on your account.
