Shipping policy

Processing Time

For orders placed in our retail shop, the average processing time is 3-6 business days before we ship out your order. For orders placed through our wholesale catalog, the average processing time is 4-10 business days, depending on the size of your order. Larger wholesale orders can additionally take longer to process. You will be notified of any extended processing times, should it apply to your order.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped with a tracking number through one of our Shipping providers (Canada Post/USPS or DHL). Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping service you choose upon checkout and your location. Shipping delays can occur, especially around the holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any items arriving late, but please contact us or the shipping provider if you experience any issues so we can help to assist you.
